Providing personal data, as well as consent to their processing are completely voluntary. All personal data provided to us are processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which you consented. If, however, you decide not to provide us with the data necessary to process the order and you do not agree to their processing, unfortunately we will not be able to process your order.

II. Personal data protection system

ADO has used technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data in accordance with the requirements set out in applicable provisions on the protection of personal data. In particular, the following were taken into account: the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing as well as technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item . 1024); guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.

The most important elements of the personal data protection system used are:

SSL certificate, which guarantees that communication between your computer and  OTITU.COM is encrypted with a 256 bit key.

We collect and process only the necessary personal data for the shortest possible time, and for each activity not related to the implementation of the purchase contract you must give separate consent.

Access to your personal data is available only to persons authorized and trained in the protection of personal data, who guarantee their security.

The  OTITU.COM IT system and internal company procedures meet all standards of personal data protection.

Thus, ADO has complied with all statutory obligations regarding personal data protection.

III. Personal data, purpose and storage time

A. Registration

During registration, please provide the data necessary to set up an account at  OTITU.COM, so you do not have to waste time with each subsequent purchase to complete the entire order form again. By registering, you save time and money, because registered customers participate in the loyalty program and receive discounts for previously made purchases.

Registered Customer also has the ability to verify the status of the order and the history of purchases made after logging in. A registered and logged in customer can at any time independently correct, complete or delete data from  OTITU.COM.

During registration please:

name and surname - necessary for us to issue a sales document and address the parcel later;

address (street, house number / or house and flat number, zip code and city) - necessary for us to address the parcel later;

e-mail - necessary for logging in and communication related to the use of  OTITU.COM;

telephone number - necessary if some delivery methods are selected (required by carriers)

The data is stored for a period of 5 years from the last login.

B. Placing an order

When placing the order, please provide us with the data necessary to complete the order, which in the case of registered and logged in clients are partly downloaded automatically from the data provided during registration.

When placing an order, please provide:

name and surname or company / institution name - necessary to issue a sales document and address the shipment;

address (street, house number / or house and flat number, zip code and city) - necessary to address the parcel;

e-mail - necessary for communication related to the implementation of the order;

telephone number - necessary if some delivery methods are selected (required by carriers).

If, when placing the order, the Customer chooses delivery to a different address than the one indicated when registering or placing the order, please provide additionally:

name and surname or company / institution name - necessary for us to address the shipment;

address (street, house number / or house and flat number, zip code and city) - necessary to address the parcel;

phone number to the recipient of the shipment - necessary in case of choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers).

If, when placing the order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document for other data than the one indicated when registering or placing the order, please provide additionally:

name and surname or company / institution name - necessary for issuing a sales receipt;

address (street, house number / or house and flat number, zip code and city) - necessary for issuing a sales receipt;

The data provided when placing the order are processed by  OTITU.COM and the following entities in the following scope:

name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as the delivery address are given to transport companies in the form of a label / waybill which is also an order for delivery, depending on the selected type of delivery:


DPD POLSKA Spółka z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS: 0000028368, NIP: 5260204110,)


name and surname, address, tax identification number indicated as the data to which the sales document is to be issued are transferred in the form of a sales document to the accounting system:

IAI SA with its registered office in Szczecin (KRS: 0000325245, NIP: PL-8522470967)

In the case of using a payment using an external payment system, all data provided after switching to the payment operator's website remain registered only in its database and are not in any way available or stored by  OTITU.COM.

OTITU.COM cooperates with the following payment operators:

The data is stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant provisions governing the storage time of accounting documents.

C. Marketing

If you subscribe to the newsletter and agree to receive it during the registration or ordering process, please only provide the e-mail address to which commercial information from  OTITU.COM will be sent, which you can unsubscribe at any time by logging into your OTITU account .PL or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of each newsletter.

The email address is transmitted and processed solely for the purpose of sending emails to:

D. Correspondence

In the event that personal data are provided to us which are not necessary for us to perform the contract or a legal obligation, e.g. in correspondence with us, in the withdrawal forms, warranty or guarantee, these data will be immediately deleted or anonymized and will not be processed.

Therefore, please do not provide us with information and personal data that we do not explicitly ask for and which are not relevant to the performance of the contract or legal obligation.

 

IV. Cookies - your personal data, which is downloaded automatically after entering  OTITU.COM

Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the  OTITU.COM Customer's end device.

 OTITU.COM uses two basic types of cookies: "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the Customer's terminal device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the Customer's end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the Customer.

The following types of cookies are used within  OTITU.COM:

"Necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available under  OTITU.COM; e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication;

cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication under  OTITU.COM;

"Performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on how to use  OTITU.COM websites;

"Functional" cookies, enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the Customer and personalizing the  OTITU.COM interface;

"Advertising" cookies, enabling delivery of advertising content more tailored to the client's interests.

A.  OTITU.COM (server)

The IT system used by  OTITU.COM automatically collects in the logs the data related to the device you use when connecting to  OTITU.COM. These data are collected only for statistical purposes and relate to: the type of device, operating system, type of web browser, screen resolution, color depth, IP, Internet service provider, or the address of entry on  OTITU.COM and are used only in the process of optimization  OTITU.COM in order to ensure the greatest possible convenience of use.

These data are never combined with the given data referred to in Part III and constitute only material for statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting system errors.

 OTITU.COM uses IAI Spółka Akcyjna servers based in Szczecin (KRS: 0000325245 NIP: 8522470967) and IAI Spółka Akcyjna store software based in Szczecin (KRS: 0000325245 NIP: 8522470967). These companies do not have direct access to personal data and do not process it in any way.

Data is processed for 24 months from the last activity.

 

B.  OTITU.COM (cookies)

OTITU.COM uses "cookies" technology, i.e. text files placed on your device, in order to enable  OTITU.COM to recognize you and adapt OTITU.COM to your needs.

OTITU.COM uses cookies to:

remembering login (session lasts 30 minutes from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

remembering the contents of your basket (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

remembering your  OTITU.COM display preferences (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

creating statistics and viewership reports on the operation of  OTITU.COM; (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

personalizing the appearance of  OTITU.COM by displaying products that the store algorithm will indicate as interesting for you based on the products you bought, put in the basket, searched in the store, as well as their authors, producers, category - in a word, similar products, but never combined directly with your personal details. C. Google Analytics (cookies)

Google Analytics uses "cookies" technology, i.e. text files placed on your device, in order to enable  OTITU.COM to analyze traffic sources and the way visitors use it.

Google collects on its servers data obtained from placing cookie files on devices and uses this information to create reports and provide other services related to internet traffic and use.

Google may also transfer this information to third parties if it is required to do so on the basis of legal provisions or if such persons process such information on behalf of Google.

These data are never combined with the given data referred to in Part III and constitute only material for statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting system errors.

D. Google AdWords (cookies)

Google AdWords uses "cookies" technology, i.e. text files placed on your device, in order to enable  OTITU.COM to evaluate the correctness and effectiveness of its advertising activities using the AdWords network.

Google collects on its servers data obtained from placing cookie files on devices and uses this information to create reports and provide other services related to internet traffic and use.

Google may also transfer this information to third parties if it is required to do so on the basis of legal provisions or if such persons process such information on behalf of Google.

These data are never combined with the given data referred to in Part III and constitute only material for statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting system errors.

E. Cookies from partner servers

 OTITU.COM uses scripts and software components delivered and located on the servers of its business partners. Such cookies may contain data necessary for the partner to perform the service provided  OTITU.COM or containing data other than listed in the privacy policy.

 OTITU.COM carefully selects its business partners, but is not responsible for their cookie policy. That is why we recommend verifying each of our partners on your own and deciding whether you want to accept their cookies.

 OTITU.COM uses the scripts of the following partners:

V.  OTITU.COM partners' security privacy policy

 OTITU.COM very carefully selects its business partners and equally carefully verifies the placement of links to other websites in  OTITU.COM.  OTITU.COM is not responsible, however, for the standard and privacy protection policy applied by the owners, operators or administrators of these websites. Therefore, we recommend verifying each of our partners on your own and deciding whether you want to entrust them with your personal data.

VI. Transfer of your personal data

In special situations where applicable law requires the Personal Data Administrator to transfer the collected data to state authorities,  OTITU.COM will make such data available.

Except for these situations, your personal data to the extent permitted by law on the basis of separate entrustment agreements provided to specific entities solely and in connection with the need to perform the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator. The categories of entities to which data may be transferred include: advertising agencies, banks, accounting and accounting offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers.

In the event of such a transfer, the Personal Data Administrator concludes appropriate entrustment agreements with these entities, guaranteeing the highest standard of protection and preservation of confidentiality and security of personal data, as well as their use only for the implementation of the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator.

   

TWISTO PAYMENTS:

1. The online store processes your personal data for the following purposes:
a) provide your personal data to ING Bank Śląski S.A. ("Bank") in relation to:
a. providing by the Bank to the Online Store of the service of providing access to the infrastructure for handling payments via the Internet (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation).
b. servicing and clearing by the Bank of payments made by customers of the Online Store via the Internet using payment instruments (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation).
c. in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of contracts concluded with the Online Store, in particular to ensure the protection of payers' interests in connection with their complaints (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation).
c) forwarding your personal data to Twisto Polska sp.z o.o. in connection with the possibility of proposing payment for the goods or services purchased by Twisto Polska sp.z o.o. under the order agreement covering the "Buy with Twisto" purchasing formula and making this purchasing formula available through the Online Store, as well as for verification by Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o. due performance of such mandate contracts (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation).


2. In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes set out in the privacy policy, your personal data may be made available by the Online Store to other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, which may be:
a) ING Bank Śląski S.A.
b) Twisto Polska sp.z o.o.

3. If you provide your personal data to conclude a contract with the Online Store, providing your personal data is a condition for concluding this Agreement. Providing personal data in this situation is voluntary, however, the consequence of not providing this data will be the inability to conclude an agreement with the Online Store.
If you provide personal data in order to transfer your personal data to Twisto Polska sp.z o.o. prior to concluding a contract for the sale of goods (or services) purchased in the Online Store, the provision of these data is a condition of the conclusion of the sales contract in connection with the business model adopted by the Online Store.
If you provide your personal data to the Bank in connection with the handling and settlement of payments made by you to the Online Store using payment instruments, providing data is required in order to make the payment and provide confirmation of the payment by the Bank to Online Store item.
If you provide your personal data to the Bank for the purpose of verification by the Bank of the proper performance of contracts concluded with the Online Store, in particular to ensure the protection of payers' interests in connection with their complaints, providing these data is required in order to enable the implementation of the contract concluded between the Online Store and the Bank.
In the event of your personal data being provided to Twisto Polska sp.z o.o. in connection with the possibility of offering you payment for the goods or services purchased by you by Twisto Polska sp.z o.o. under the order agreement covering the "Buy with Twisto" purchasing formula and making this formula available via the Online Store, providing this data and processing it for this purpose is required in connection with the business model adopted by the Online Store and in order to perform the contract concluded between the Online Store and Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o.



VII. Change of  OTITU.COM privacy policy

 OTITU.COM reserves the right to change the privacy policy, if required by applicable law, the technological conditions of  OTITU.COM will change or the change will introduce a standard higher than the minimum required by law.

 OTITU.COM will notify you about such a change by e-mail (to the e-mail address provided during registration).

VIII. Your rights

In accordance with applicable regulations, in relation to your personal data you have the right to:

- refusal or limitation of personal data processing;

- objecting to the processing of personal data;

- transferring personal data;

- withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data;

- lodging a complaint to the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

These rights are not transferable and may not be restricted. We are always happy to provide you with help and information, and you can exercise some of the above-mentioned rights yourself.
